I am so excited about writing right now.  If you’re a writer, you know that feeling and know how fleeting it can be sometimes.

Something jump kicked this summer and I’m finally working towards publication.  I’ve always wanted to be published, but it always seemed so complicated.  Agents and mailing and queries and etc…

Well, I finally decided that I really really want writing to be my career–not just my hobby.  A lot of romance publishers and giving out such great information that I am inspired to try and jump into the fray.  The advent of email is my best friend.

It’s exciting to make this step.  Come September I have to go back to having a day job (at least through May), but it will be a less demanding day job then what I have had in the past.

I have a course of action through the year of what to write, what publishers to target, what contests to enter.  Bottom line, I’m feeling good!
