Here is my Christmas tree. If you look really hard at the bottom you can see the “cage” blocking off the tree from a very grabby almost-toddler. This is our first Christmas with a child around, and while we are so excited it has also been a new challenge for me to find ways to decorate out of his reach.
I actually have a second tree as well, decorated only with Santa decorations, but I haven’t managed to get a decent picture of it.
My husband makes jokes about getting a third tree, as if that’s something we would never do… Haha, little does he know.

LOL! Yes next year you must get a third. I think that cage is an ingenious way to get the best of grabby almost-toddler hands 🙂
I wish the cage was foolproof. Unfortunately he pushes on it until he reaches the tree!
