I forgot to mention last week yet another reason I love April: baseball returns! My Cardinals are off to a great start as of the writing to this post. So much so I thought about working on another baseball hero.
So, of course I needed some inspiration. Adam Wainwright, Joe Mauer, Jeff Francouer, anyone? (Admittedly my hero, an injured starting pitcher, probably bears the closest resemblance to one of my favorite Cardinals).
I also read this great post that includes a little rumination as to why romance and baseball make such a great pair.
