As I say in my “Dear Reader” letter in the beginning of the book, this series has all about how love can help us through the hard times. It’s not a cure all, but it’s the thing we lean on, and we learn to hold onto when things seem bleak.
I’ve been building this world in my head and on the page since 2012–before I knew who Marc was or that he’d get his own story.
But Leah’s quiet, stoic older brother of course had to get his own book, and a heroine who could get under that tough facade he likes to employ. Tess is certainly that, and so much more.
